(Webmaster's personal digression) Wherever German descendents settled there are St. Boniface parishes. This one is in Fulda, Indiana, from 1847. Some of my ancestors from that time are buried here. The Benedictine Abbey of St. Meinrad (like our Mt. Angel) and the farm where my father was born are 3 miles away. I grew up 15 miles away and studied at St. Meinrad. My parents were married at St. Boniface' in Lafayette, Indiana. And when we came to Oregon in 1985 we chose Saint Boniface in Sublimity.
